We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your order. Most items in their original, unopened condition can be returned or exchanged. Please note some exceptions for hygiene and safety (like certain food items). Refunds are issued to your original payment method and processing times follow your bank’s schedule. We stand by the quality of our candies, from our chewy Gummies to our classic Hard Candies. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return most items for a refund or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

2. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

  • Yes, Please Return! Most unopened, commercially packaged candies in their original, resalable condition.
  • We Also Accept Returns On: Business/Promotional items (if unused), Novelty Items (undamaged), and Wrapped Candies (with seal intact).

3. What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?

To ensure the health and safety of our global candy family, we cannot accept returns on the following items, as noted from our product categories:

  • Opened or Partially Consumed Food Items: For obvious hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any candy where the packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with. This applies to all categories like Chocolate & Fudge, Sour Lollies, Licorice & Aniseed, etc.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Any Business/Promotional candies or Novelty Items that have been customized specifically for you.
  • Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund, including covering return shipping!

4. The Sweet & Simple Return/Exchange Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items you’re returning, including the original packing slip if possible. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship the package to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  4. We Process with Care: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days of arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.
