  • 💰 Cost: FREE on all orders over $50! (For orders under $50, a calculated rate will apply at checkout).
  • Best for: Budget-friendly sweetness when you can wait a bit longer.

Please Note: We ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to most parts of Asia and a few remote regions. You’ll see if your address is eligible during checkout.

1. What Can Be Returned or Exchanged?

Yes, Please! We happily accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Most unopened, commercially packaged candies with seals intact.
  • Business/Promotional items (if unused).
  • Novelty Items (undamaged and in original packaging).
  • Wrapped Candies (with the outer wrap seal unbroken).

2. What Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged?

To ensure the health and safety of our global candy family, we cannot accept returns on:

  • 🚫 Opened or Partially Consumed Food Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any candy where the packaging has been opened, broken, or tampered with. This applies to all our tasty categories like Chocolate & Fudge, Sour Lollies, Licorice & Aniseed, Gummies and Chewy Candies, Hard Candies, Lollipops & Bars, etc.
  • 🚫 Personalized or Custom Items: Any Business/Promotional candies or Novelty Items that have been specially customized for you.
  • 🚫 Final Sale Items: Any item marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

Exception: If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately! We’ll cover return shipping and make it right with a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

3. The Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Contact Our Sweet-Support Team: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. (Use our handy template below!).
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll reply within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the items, include the original packing slip if possible, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide.
    Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our mistake.
  4. We Process with Care: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days), we’ll email you about the status of your refund or exchange.

We want you to have your funds back as sweetly and quickly as possible!

  • Timing: After we approve your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 5-10 business days.
  • Bank Processing: Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account. This depends on your bank or PayPal’s own processing policies.
